In our Rainbow classes we develop kindergarten readiness skills without rushing the child.  Both AM and PM classes include children who will be four years old by the beginning of the school year.  

Educational Objectives

In addition to the objectives listed for the Duckling and Teddy Bear Classes, some educational objectives for the Rainbow classes are:

• Further develop social skills by providing numerous activities for imaginative play.
• Learn to sit through a multi-step teacher directed activity time.
• Practice sharing, taking turns and making independent choices.
• Master tools for kindergarten readiness: scissors, paintbrushes, alphabet and math manipulatives.
